Online Auctions & Estate Sales

Hand N Hand partners with the nation’s largest online auction platform, CTBids. Our skilled team will separate your belongings into sellable lots, donation items, and items that will be sold at an onsite mini-estate sale during the auction pick-up. The online auction will run for approximately 10 days and will be advertised on multiple media platforms. Our main goal is to bring in as much revenue for our clients as possible to offset operation costs. The final step once the auction closes is to hold a pick-up day at the property. Any donation items will be given to the Salvation Army and the home is always left empty and clean.
